Dr. Priyenka (Niju) Khatiwada is a resident with the University of Alabama Tuscaloosa Psychiatry Residency Program, which is operated by the College of Community Health Sciences. Khatiwada, who is from Huntsville, Al., earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Sociology and received a medical degree from Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine. Her special interests include child psychiatry and forensic psychiatry.
